ActionClass

The world's most engaging leadership program

Most leadership development programs don't create lasting change because they are boring, static, and rely on old school education techniques.

ActionClass is different. Our customers tell us that our hour-long interactive group learning sessions are the most engaging learning experiences they’ve ever participated in. Watch the video or keep scrolling to learn more about why this is the new way to do leadership development.

How the Program is Structured

6 Classes each month.

Attend as many of the 6 classes we host each month as you like.

The classes are based on the curriculum you can explore below. Each class is based on the learnings from a best-selling business or personal development book.

How The Classes Are Run

Step #1: Consume

Join a class and watch a video summary of a best-selling book.

We have multiple live classes (hosted on Zoom) each week in the areas of leadership and personal development.

In each class you’ll start by joining a group of other leaders and entrepreneurs to watch a summary of a best-selling book from that subject area, and then work together to put the ideas into action, immediately.

Watch a sample summary, here

Step #2: Commit

Create and commit to an ActionPlan to solve a challenge you are currently facing.

In ActionClass, the entire experience is designed around creating and committing to an ActionPlan, because you can’t read or discuss your way to the results you want.

In each class you’ll be guided through specific questions designed to help you solidify your Action Plan, and connect it back to your greatest goals.

Step #3: Collaborate

Join a breakout group and get feedback on your ActionPlan.

The most powerful part of each ActionClass is the small group breakout session, where you’ll connect with and get feedback from other growth minded leaders.

You’ll present your ActionPlans to one another, ask clarifying questions, and get immediate feedback to help you make your ActionPlan even stronger before you leave the class that day.
