No matter what challenge you face in your business and with your team, we've got a workshop that will work for you.
And if you need help finding a workshop that fits a very specific business challenge, or if you need help building a series of workshops that covers a wide range of issues, our Readitfor.me customer success team can help you do that too.
Press play on the summary video for that workshop. There's literally no pre-work that you or your team need to do other than getting together in the same place (in person or virtually).
Each workshop comes with a "Team Leader's Guide" that will walk you through how to run the workshop. Many of our customers only need to read it once - it really is that simple.
Did we mention that your team will love the videos?
Answer the questions in the Dialogue Guide
The Rapid Growth Workshop System is designed to be engaging, but also incredibly practical. That's why each workshop comes along with a "Dialogue Guide" in order to help you apply the concepts to something you are working on, right now.
There are 3 exercises that will help guide the process. At this stage of the workshop, each participant will answer the questions on their own.
Partner up team members and have a dialogue with your partner.
There are 3 particular reasons why this portion of the workshop is the most important.
The first is that there is plenty of research to show that collaborative learning works better than traditional learning. The second is that your team members get to know each other better, and learn to respect each other more as colleagues. The third is that it creates a high level of engagement because everyone has to participate.
Share what you learned as a group
During this part of the workshop, the team will regroup as a whole and share what they've learned from one another.
Our customers often tell us that the best ideas come from the dialogue between the partners, and so sharing them with the group ensures that all of the best thinking from the entire group is both voiced and heard.
Declare your "action items"
The best time to take action on something you've learned is immediately after you have learned it.
The important thing to stress here is that you (as the team leader) shouldn't force this step. Our experience is that over time, each person who participates will eventually take on new behaviours and action items that make a positive difference in their work and their lives.
